Will Wright, Chris Pole and Ryan Grant were appointed Joint Administrators of Headlam Group Plc and HFD Ltd – both in Administration (together the ‘Companies’) on 8 September 2026. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company without personal liability. Will Wright, Chris Pole and Ryan Grant are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. We are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics.
